The AEC Matador was a 4x4 heavy duty truck developed by the Associated Equipment Company (AEC) for the British and Commonwealth armies during World War II.

It was used as a heavy artillery tractor, although it also developed other uses, so the RAF used them both as cargo trucks and tankers.

In North Africa, some of these trucks were adapted by removing the roof of the cabin, and some of them even mounted a 6-pounder anti-tank gun in their bed.
