Between 1942 and 1943 the Germans adapted a 75 mm Pak 40 gun onto a Czech 38(t) tank chassis, transforming it into a highly efficient tank destroyer. During this period a total of 418 of these vehicles were built.

The kit features a Marder III ausf H (heckmotor: rear engine).
