Sd.Kfz 250/3 Greiff

1/72 scale 3D resin high quality printed kit. Requires assembly and painting.

The Sd.Kfz 250 was designed by Demag as a small-sized half-track (less than 5 m in length), which, unlike other half-tracks in service, was armored and was used for different purposes: - Light troop transport, - Reconnaissance vehicle, - Command and communications vehicle, - Armored ammunition carrier and more.

It was fitted with a 100-horsepower, water-cooled, 6-cylinder Maybach engine, which allowed it to circulate on all terrains at a maximum speed of 65 km/h (40 mph).

The Sd.Kfz 250 was widely used in all fronts.

This kit features the 250/3 command and comunnications  version equipped with long range radio equipment and a "bedstead" aerial frame, marked as “GREIFF” wich were used as a command vehicle by the fieldmarshall Rommel
